please note the Royal Mail postage system seems to completely collapsing at the moment as most of our customers know we ship orders next day or the day after if a holiday when you get a email saying your order has been shipped it has been i understand customers want their parts as soon as possible but as royal mail think it is exceptable to take over 3 weeks to deliver a 2nd class parcel at the moment we can not do anything till at least that time sometimes parcels can get lost it happens and we will replace or refund in this case but we can not afford to do this for every order that takes longer to arrive thank you for your understanding

we apologise for the postage cost increases but we couldn't absorb the Royal Mail's large price rises we will always refund excess postage if we can send it cheaper

please note that the postage sometimes is calculated as a small parcel but will fit into a large letter if this happens we will refund the difference in postage costs
